The Robertson & Sullivan Rugby Foundation is changing the face of US collegiate rugby!

The HBCU Rugby Initiative is a 3 year plan, dedicated to establishing 4 men’s and 4 women’s rugby teams at HBCUs in the Washington DC area. We began the Initiative in March of 2021 at Howard University. The program has been a resounding success!
